Sweet Guy - Paper Issues

Today's layout combines a bunch of different things.  Although it is on the Paper Issues Blog, I used A Flair for Buttons flair, along with This Guy collection by Photo Play, available in the Paper Issues Store.   Use code: Mary-Ann for 20% off.

Tool Box Teaching - A Flair for Buttons

Today I am sharing a layout I created using Photoplay's This Guy collection over on the A Flair for Buttons Blog.  It was so easy to incorporate flair with this layout and theme.  I used browns and tans to stay in keeping with the color scheme.  

My boy and his dad created a homemade toolbox with what was on hand for Cub Scouts.  He earned credit for this and used many tools in the process.

Apples - Paper Issues

Good morning.  

Over at Paper Issues, we are having a New Issue Monday.  It gives you a chance to be inspired by a theme.  There are many different variants of the theme.  This time it is, Fan-atics.  Pretty much, show us what you are a fan of.  Sports team, collection, TV show, whatever.  I chose to share how much we love apples.  Mostly apple picking.  

It is not very often that I start a layout with a huge photo.  I wanted to try something new. 

I used Photo Play - Autumn Day along with a touch of Simple Stories enamels and brads, Doodlebug's mini Doodle Pops and Studio Calico Alphas and Seven Paper Die cut.
