LUCKY - Paper Issues

As crazy as the 'Shake your Shamrock' challenge sounds, it has lots of room for interpretation.
Head over to Paper Issues Blog to see more inspiration or to their PIFF FB Page.

Here are the rules:  Are you Irish, trick question...EVERYONE is a little Irish on St. Patrick's Day!
Get out those shaker elements and create a shaker box on your project.
Grab some shamrocks and throw them on a page/Card. Let's see what you can do!
P.S. There are a bunch of St. Patrick's Day themed cut files in the shop for FREE!

So, I used one of the FREE cut files that is called Good Luck.
But there are soooooo many to choose from HERE
I'm just using the 'LUCKY' part of the file for this layout.  Plus, I do have a touch of green!

Make Your Magic Together - Paper Issues

I was able to create a layout today.  A day I normally don't touch paper.
A day that I am usually at church and hanging with the fam.  Since the world is in a weird place right now, I decided to create a rainbow if happiness.  Got crafty to kill time since we will be together as a family EVERYDAY for the ext 2 weeks.  Stay safe all.

I mixed together 3 different Shimelle collections to get this rainbow of goodness.
It is a scraplift so under my layout, I'll show you MandaJane's so you can see where the inspiration came from.
Field Trip, Box of Crayons and Never Grow Up

Grab Shimelle from the Paper Issues store with code: Mary-Ann you'll get 20% off.

You Rock! - Paper Issues

I did a LIVE video back in February too that I totally forgot to share with you all.  How can that even be???  Used PinkFresh Studio and played along with the February Tee for Two Challenge.
Here are the Paper Issues rules for this challenge...

'We can't wait to see how you interpret this challenge!! There are so many options..
Tees- Think Golf Tees, golf pages. Teeshirts- Maybe you've got a favorite concert tee that needs documenting! Tee/Tea, we won't judge your Tea layout.
Two- Use the number 2, use 2 photos, Document your favorite 2 year old, use only 2 colors.
Let's see what you can come up with!'

I took it to the next step and went with the concert theme, no t-shirt but our own personal concert years in between.  He ended up breaking the small guitar cause he though he was a rock star and broke it like they do on stage.  Funny now, not quite so funny then.  If he breaks the bigger one, it was his money so......

Anywho, grab what you need from the Paper Issues store for 20% off code: Mary-Ann.

Rock the World - Paper Issues

I did another LIVE scrapbooking video over at Paper Issues.
I thought that I would gather random items that coordinate instead of a collection that already matched.  It was really a lot of fun.  I don't think I have done that in a really long time.  I also used a plate to cut a big circle!
I did use some Amy Tangerine, Shimelle and Bella Blvd.
Grab what you need from the Paper Issues Store for 20% off with code: Mary-Ann.
Download a gazillion FREE cut files while your there.

This photo of my boy getting his training wheels off his bike.  I swear, he would still have them on to this day if we let him.  He is not one to be off his own feet.  As a matter of fact, the last time he was on a bike, he fell off and broke his wrist.  It has been a couple years since he has even attempted to get on one.  Wonder how he is going to teach his own kids??

Head over to Paper Issues Friends and Fan Facebook page to get notified when there are LIVE scrapping videos coming up, what challenges they have and loads of inspiration too.
In my video, you seriously enter my head.  I tell you everything I am thinking. How I use the dinosaur as the Loch Ness monster.  The circle of fish as the ocean.  Bugs and spiders cause they hang out near water.  So, in the end, I'm not sure if its the ocean or a lake but who cares!  It is all perfect!
