Gigante - Paper Issues

It is time for the new FREE printable over at Paper Issues.  It made a light bulb go off in my head when I saw the taco card.  I had the perfect picture, but had to find it!

My boys have a favorite restaurant.  Margaritas.  Once a week, seven times a week, they don't care, they love it!  This Gigante taco was a limited time taco.  If you could eat the entire thing, they gave free tacos away for a year or something like that.  He could not even eat half.  For $10 it was worth the try though.

I used a Swag Bag from the Paper Issues store, the Taco PI Paper POP and the 12x12 plaid paper is from Carta Bella Beach Day 4x6 journaling card paper.

This was such a fun day in Boston.  We went to the top of the Prudential.  It is a 360 degree look out at the entire city.  Behind  my boys, you can see Fenway Park.  Pretty cool.  You could also see the Finish Line from the Boston Marathon from up there.  Definitely a fun place to explore.

You are my Happy - Paper Issues

Hello there!

I started this layout with a bunch of tiny photos.  Mostly because I look horrible in them but also because the quality of most selfie photos are not great if you enlarge them too much.

The story behind these crazy photos is......my boy was trying to make my husband mad.  He was away at the time and Bub wanted him to see he was sleeping in his bed and so was the dog!  I really needed coffee at this point.  I remember it being early.

Over on the Paper Issues blog today, the team is using different FREE printable on our projects.  One of our talented designers on the team creates a free printable every month.  These are always free and always available to anyone.  Lets look at the one I used.

Here is my layout using this June FREE printable.  You can go HERE to take a look at all the FREE printables.  You can download them all at once if you want.  Add them to the cart and check to for free.

You can see that I cut up the printable.

I used several of the Seven Paper's from the Paper Issues store.  Go HERE to check them out.

Grateful - Paper Issues

Every month, Paper Issues offers a FREE printable.
They have asked the design team to come together and show you different ways in which you could use these FREE printable

I decided to fussy cut the fox and use him on the bottom right of my layout.

This is my boy, 5 years ago.  Playing with his bow and arrow with his Thanksgiving hat he made at school.  If you look close, he may have tattoos and listen closely to hear his battle cry!

Isn't he cute? My boy and the fox!
Go HERE to see all the FREE printable that PI has offered over the months.

I used Pink Paislee Cedar Lane collection.
Grab it or anything else you need from the store with code: Mary-Ann for 20% off your entire order.

Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner - Paper Issues

I know that I post tons of layouts for Paper Issues here.
You just gotta know how much I love all the ides and inspiration that flows from that place.
They have a FREE cut file each month, Issues that you can participate in to have a chance to win prizes and a FREE printable.  Which leads me to this post.
When I saw the "Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner" I KNEW exactly what I was going to do.

This is Flo.  Our Frenchie person.  Or so we all think.
She is standing with her nose in the pantry were we keep the treats.  She will stay like this until you see her or leave the room.  She does not whine.  Does not bark.  She waits.  Silently as you walk by her.  Hoping and probably praying that you'll open the door and give her a snack.
It is pathetic, truly it is.

Go HERE to get your free printable from the Paper Issues Store.
Go HERE if you want to buy all the amazing Crate Paper Wonder collection.  If there is any left, I think I may have bought it all.

Sweet Sticker Face

I recently came across this fun picture of my boy with his grandparents.
He was only 4 at the time and super cute I must say.  Where has the time gone?  I don't remember him this tiny.  Anyway, I love the printable from Paper Issues that says "I (with a big heart) your face."  Well, I certainly do in these photos.  He is so cheesy!

Head over to Paper Issues blog to be inspired by other Design Team member using various

I used a recent Studio Calico kit for this project and a alphabet cut file from The Cut Shoppe.  Yup, there is pink on this boy layout.  Thank goodness Grammie is the photo too:o)

Thank you for stopping by.  Head over to Paper Issues to get all the free printable they have.  They also have a few free cut files.  Go HERE.

We Go Together - Paper Issues

Over at Paper Issues today, we are trying to explain to you just how super fun it is to receive a SWAG BAG and/or use the FREE PRINTABLES that Paper Issues has to offer every single month.  So I have created a layout of a photo I printed over a year ago.  My boy and I were on a trip to Maine by ourselves, stopped at rest stop and grabbed a selfie.  I love his blue eyes.

I used the February Swag Bag.  The only thing that I added was a piece of cardstock as my background.  All of may papers, layered under my photo, are PL cards that were included in the bag.  The black "Surround Yourself" card is a free printable.  Look at all that is included in this bag;  The banners, wood veneers, glitter hearts, paper hearts, cork heart, wood veneer people, milk & cookies sticker, tag and much much more.  I used thin pieces from the PL cards to create my strip at the top of my layout and the bottom.  Oh, I guess I did add black paint splatters too!
It was so much fun.  I need another.  SOON!

Thank you for stopping by today.  Head over to the PI blog to get more inspiration using the Swag Bags and the Free Printables. See you soon.
