Texting With You - Paper Issues

Bamm!  In your face!  lol well, through texting of course.  I wish I could go back and count the photos my chum Angela and I have shared through texting!  You would not want to see some of them!  Other than new puppy pictures and pictures of the soda I should by for my husband, this is the most recent.   

Using Maggie Holmes Open Book, I layered and layered and placed chipboard after chipboard.  I based this layout on the amazing sketch from the Sketchy Saturday Link Party over at Paper Issues.  Once a month, there is a new sketch challenge and this one is awesome.  You can even win prizes.  This month it's a $10.00 gift card to the Paper Issues store!

Sweet Little You - Paper Camellia

Good Day all!  I am a tad late sharing this with you but I think it is worth the wait.  Paper Camellia, the Scrapbooking Kit Club that I design for, does a reveal of their upcoming kit on the first of the month.  With February being short, it snuck up on me!  Bet it did you too.  Never the less, I had created a layout for the reveal but forgot to share it with you here.  

There seems to be a lot of PINK happening in the industry lately.  But top that with GOLD foil, how could any of it be wrong!  So, through my stash of photos I go.  Looking for something with a female  (this time my sister) so my pinks don't make my husband mad!!  But seriously, since when do I pay attention to what advice he has to offer when it comes to paper!  Right!  He better watch it.  I will do a solo photo of him with all pink embellishments!  Keep a look out, it may just happen.

Back to the point.  Here is the layout that I created for the Paper Camellia reveal.

I love the hearts following as the trail of the butterfly.  

Take a gander at these great big...... you thought I was gonna say blue eyes, which I was, but first, wanted you to take a look at the great big gems!  They are a tad too big for me.  So tucking them behind the papers a little make them workable.  Now, take a look at those blue eyes!

Straight to my Belly! - mambi

Today I have this clean layout over on the me & my BIG ideas blog.  Ok, so when I saw the sticker "You Know the Way Straight to my Heart," I HAD to use it.  Once I chose my photo and papers, I decided to alter the sticker by trimming off the arrow and the word Heart.  I added my own ending, BELLY, with mambiCHIPS.  Keeping my layout clean and crisp to make sure the focus was on the amazing title and photo of my favorite boy and sister.
