Santa Stopped Here! - Paper Issues

Morning friends,  I know this looks like my post two times ago,  but I swear it isn't the same one!!  For this layout, I used the Kitchen Sink Kit from Paper Issues.  It includes Cocoa Vanilla product, including the tree that I used before.  Ahem, and the woodgrain I used too,  lol
I honestly didn't even realize it until I went to blog this morning.  Oh well.  They will be separated in my albums so I am not worried.

I just love this photo.  We normally go to the mall every year.  Of course, with covid, this year is completely different.  We did not want Roman to sit with Santa like normal, so our friends came over, one dressed as Santa and we took a photo here on the porch.  We also took family ones, and their family too.  They used their photo for the Christmas card.  I would have but we already ordered ours.

I digress!  Back to topic, here is my project for today.  4 of us crazy gals created with these kits LIVE on the Paper Issues Friends and Fans group.   Go HERE to rewatch but bring your tissues.  We laugh so hard. The rule is, you have to used everything that is included in the kit.  I painted my little wood stars with Nuvo and the large star with yellow Nuvo.  it looked like mustard so I glittered on top of that.  I still see glitter everywhere.  I hate glitter.  Hate it!

Play - Paper Issues

 Hey all!

Last Thursday, I did a LIVE FB video with a couple friends using the September Kitchen Sink Kit from Paper Issues.  I am in charge with figuring out what product goes in the Kitchen Sink Kits each month.  For this past one, I chose papers from the Heidi Swapp Old School collection.  You can see the video HERE

I decided to use this trio of football photos from Rome's Freshman year.  It honestly is a year that we would like to forget.  At least the Football season.  It wasn't at all what we thought it would be.  But, I did have these great photos of Roman being the center, hiking the ball to the QB.

The paper in the shape of a heart was an accident.  I was adding the strips to the page, turned it upside to add more and Kelly said she liked the heart.  What heart?  Apparently, the papers were in a perfect heart shape!  I went with it.  I did not have a clear plan anyway!  I adore how it turned out.  Be on the lookout for next months Kitchen Sink.  It is my favorite one yet!

Bon Jovi - Paper Issues

 Hey friends!

A few years ago, my friend, her sister and I went to a Bon Jovi concert.  It was marvelous.  We planned to go again this year, but was cancelled recently due to the Corona.  I remembered I hadn't yet scrapped the first photos so I dig them out for this project.

Last Thursday night, myself and two other gals from Paper Issues got together and create LIVE on the PIFF FB using the same Nothin' but the Kitchen Sink kit.  You can grab kits from Paper Issues.  We created different teams.  Team Yellow (ME!), team pink and team gray. There really isn't anything special about being on a team other than the color.  You don't know what team you are on until you get your kit.  Kinda fun for this one.

Friend - Paper Issues

Hey Friends.

Monday, four crafters from Paper Issues got together on a Live Zoom in Paper Issues Friends and Fans group and create layouts with the same kit.  The challenge was Nothin But the Kitchen Sink.  You have to use EVERYTHING included in the kit.  It was really really amazing to see how all of us came up with completely different looks.  No 2 kits are the exact same.  The ephemera may differ or some of the cut files in this challenge were different.  But three of us had the same file and we were nothing alike!  Go check it out HERE.
Go to Paper Issues and use code: Mary-Ann for 20% off everything.  ALL Cut Files are FREE.  Always.

Here is my take on the challenge.  Below is the kit.

Rock Paper Scissors - Paper Issues

Morning!
I recently started eating a kit for Paper Issues.  It is called Nothin' But the Kitchen Sink.
The idea of the kit is to use everything you received.  With very little wiggle room.  If you get 12 buttons, you gotta use all 12 buttons.  It is actually really really challenging but fun.

For the June Kitchen Sink Page Kit, I created the layout below.
Below that, is what the actual kits looks like and a link to it in the store.
