Apples - Paper Issues

Good morning.
Over at Paper Issues, we are having a New Issue Monday.  It gives you a chance to be inspired by a theme.  There are many different variants of the theme.  This time it is, Fan-atics.  Pretty much, show us what you are a fan of.  Sports team, collection, TV show, whatever.  I chose to share how much we love apples.  Mostly apple picking.

It is not very often that I start a layout with a huge photo.  I wanted to try something new.

I used Photo Play - Autumn Day along with a touch of Simple Stories enamels and brads, Doodlebug's mini Doodle Pops and Studio Calico Alphas and Seven Paper Die cut.
You can grab it over at the Paper Issues store for 20% off when you used code: Mary-Ann.

If you want to play along.  There are prizes to be won.  You could win a $20 gift certificate to the Paper Issues Store.  Just link up your project by November 8th for a chance to win.

Say it ain't Snow - Family

Today, over at Paper Issues, they are having Link Party where you can share your creations and possibly win a $20 gift card to the Paper Issues store.  You have until February 1st to link back.

You can share anything that you have to do with outside winter activities!

I am sharing a layout I created using an older snowman family photo.  We built this to represent our family a few years ago.  My boy is so small here and those snowmen are ginormous!

For this layout, I used Gossamer Blue Get Happy paper collection.  The few splotches of America Crafts gold paint are perfect.  Although this collection is Christmasy, it is also perfect for just cold day photos.  You can pick up this collection for 20% off if you use my code: Mary-Ann.

Here is a list of products I used for this layout.
Holiday Happy 12x12
Wonderful Life 12x12
Trimming Trees 12x12
Holiday Sweater 12x12
Gossamer Blue Happy Stickers

Be sure to head to the store and see what they have to offer.  Grab this collection or anything else you see for 20% off using my code:

Thank you for stopping by.  See you again soon.

Paper Issues: Get Your Game On

Sharing in my very first Issue over on the Paper Issues Blog today - Get Your Game On!
If your interested in participating, there are so many things you can do with this theme.  Maybe things like; sports (favorite team, sports you or your kids play), family game night, favorite game, memories of childhood games/what games do your children play, dance, extracurricular activities, use bingo card or game pieces, spinners, video games, Wii or other gaming systems.
I myself, chose swimming of course!  This is where my boy excels.  Of course, I just recently captured a few photos! (OMG, I just realized that my date is wrong.  I was so excited about the fist pump part that I didn't change the date from the last layout!)

From the Paper Issues Shop, I chose Shimelle Papers and Die Cut Ephemera.  The blues matched perfect with my water, the long photos work for swim lanes and the flair from A Flair for Buttons are perfect for my title!

Link up HERE your creation for a chance to win $20.00 to spend in the Paper Issues Store.  You have until the 23rd to play!  Head HERE to see what the other Creative Team members are sharing on this subject.

When you win your $20, use the below discount code for 20% off anything you purchase!
Then of course, mail it all to me:o)
