Happiness Insta-Parade - Paper Issues

Paper Issues has opened up an Instagram Hop with friends of
Paper Issues and a few design team members.
This parade is to create a page about something that makes you happy.
Could be anything from people, to things, to the paper you choose to use on your project.

I chose a photo of me and my favorite little girl.
I used Love Notes by Doodlebug.  Not only does the photo make me happy but the papers do too!
You can grab anything from the Paper Issues store for 20% off with code: Mary-Ann

Head over to Paper Issues Instagram and get started on the Hop.
There will be prizes.  So be sure to make comments along the way.

Love This - Paper Issues

Morning all.
I'm using up my button stash.  It's for a challenge over at Paper Issues called Buttoned Up.
It is challenging you to use up buttons that you have had forever!  You know you have them.
I cut my papers, from Doodlebug Dragon Tails, into pie shaped pieces.  Used the rock looking paper to place my buttons on.  The buttons I chose were the same colors as the collection!

Grab what you need from the Paper Issues Store for 20% off when you use my code: Mary-Ann at checkout.

So, my boy starts hollering, MOM!  MOM! Of course I came running.  MY EYE, MY EYE!  Not funny at the time but I did make him reenact it so I could take the photos.  Little sucker!

Happy St. Patricks Day - Paper Issues

When ever a new paper collection comes out, a new holiday or season appears, Paper Issues produces  new cut files.  Best part is, they are ALL FREE.  ALL THE TIME.
Go HERE to check them all out.  Download them all if you want.
If you place an order use code: Mary-Ann for 20% off.

I was out of town for this event.  They tried.  They did not succeed in trapping the leprechaun.  Each time I have participated, I didn't catch the slippery sucker either.  But, it is worth documenting especially with this super cute collection from Doodlebug.  Paper Issues sells it, of course!

Woof - Paper Issues

Join some of the PI team on the Paper Issues blog today sharing 3 reasons why I love my pet.  Well, besides the obvi.  Ha!  She's sexy and thats really all she needs.  Anyway, I played along and used Doodlebug Puppy Love from the Paper Issues Store.  You too can play along for a chance to win a prize.  Upload your pretties to the PIFF FB page HERE.

The large frenchies that you see are from a calendar I had last year.  Beware, I have 9 more!!!  I covered some with brown papers to tone them down and match the layout.  I left the black alone.

Welcome Baby - Paper Issues

Morning and welcome to the NEW Pinspire Me Mood board.  It is live over on the Paper Issues Blog today and I hope you'll stop over to see what the team has brought to the table.  I created a fun layout....the journaling is very important!  VERY.  I did not waste hours and hours watching something that I thought was never going to happen anyway.  See below!

Anyway, here is a peek at the board.  It is super fun and clean.

Here is my layout.  I used the new Doodlebug At The Zoo.  They have so many of the new Doodlebug collections in the PI Store.  Get it for 20% off with code: Mary-Ann

Cat-itude - Paper Issues

Today is my first time joining in on a new challenge over o the Paper Issues blog.
It is called the Roll the Dice.  Two dice are rolled, one is for the amount of photos, the other for how many of an embellishment you can use.  Like stickers, enamels, ephemera, stuff like that.

This month, it is 6 pictures and 3 stickers.  6 photos!!!!  You read that right.

Recently my boy Leroy, was sitting on my dining room table on my Fancy Pants box of goodies.  I took several photos of him in succession and they were too darn cute not to share.  I printed them myself, giving me the ability to get the perfect size to go across my layout.  I used Doodlebug Kitten Smitten from the Paper Issues Store for this project.  It was so darn fun and my boy looks so darn cute!!!

Grab what you want from the PI store for 20% off when you use my code: Mary-Ann.

Apples - Paper Issues

Good morning.
Over at Paper Issues, we are having a New Issue Monday.  It gives you a chance to be inspired by a theme.  There are many different variants of the theme.  This time it is, Fan-atics.  Pretty much, show us what you are a fan of.  Sports team, collection, TV show, whatever.  I chose to share how much we love apples.  Mostly apple picking.

It is not very often that I start a layout with a huge photo.  I wanted to try something new.

I used Photo Play - Autumn Day along with a touch of Simple Stories enamels and brads, Doodlebug's mini Doodle Pops and Studio Calico Alphas and Seven Paper Die cut.
You can grab it over at the Paper Issues store for 20% off when you used code: Mary-Ann.

If you want to play along.  There are prizes to be won.  You could win a $20 gift certificate to the Paper Issues Store.  Just link up your project by November 8th for a chance to win.
