Merry Christmas - Paper Issues

If you are tired of Christmas layouts and projects don't stop here!
I've done another FB LIVE video for Paper Issues and used up most of my Cocoa Vanilla Merry & Bright.

Cocoa Vanilla has a precut type of Christmas tree.  I tore that apart and backed it myself.  Creating a tree as my focal point.  You can watch the video HERE.

Here is a photo of my boy when he was loyal to the New England Patriots.  I think this may have been right before he decided to start liking the Kansas City Chiefs, before they were cool.

So, go grab anything you want from the Paper Issues store and get 20% off with code: Mary-Ann.

Awesome Day - Paper Issues

 Hey there friends!
I have been so busy mending from my 3rd knee replacement and tons of other family stuff that I have hardly had time to scrap.  BUT, I did scrap this fun layout last week on a FB LIVE over in the Paper Issues Friends and Fans page.  I used Cocoa Vanilla and I want to use every single bit of it.

It's a photo of my boy hanging out with the mall Santa.
We 'make' him go every year as long as he lives in our house.  He gets so embarrassed in line with all the young kids.  Oh well, move out!  ha.  You can tell how much he hates it from his facial expression and the fact that he put his arm around the red man.

Here's what I came up with.  I used a FREE cut file called Snowglobe from the PI store.  ALL Cut Files are free.  Pinkfresh gems were used as ornaments on my trees and some Nuvo for roof accent and puffy beard.

Happy Place - Paper Issues

 Hey friends.

I did another FB LIVE over at Paper Issues on their PIFF page
It is kinda fun.  This time, I went with the flow.  Asked the crowd for suggestions.
What I had in my mind before I started was not at all how the layout turned out.

Shop the Paper Issues Store and get 20% off with code: Mary-Ann.

With Covid, we really stuck to the house.  When things started opening, we still kept close to home.  At the end of June, we finally decided to venture out.  We hit Plum Island.   Thank Goodness hardly anyone was there.  It was a gorgeous night.  The sunset was spectacular and I really was excited to scrap this photo of my boys.

Beautiful - Paper Issues

Good morning!
I am here today to share a layout using the Pinspire Me Mood board for September
from Paper Issues.
I designed the board a few months ago and completely forgot about the color pallet.
Once I saw it again, I was drawn to the purples in the photos.  Sometimes, I am drawn to the actual activity or item in them,  but this time is was color.  Plus the flowers!  Who doesn't love flowers?

Here is what I came up with using Wild at Heart from Cocoa Vanilla.
I also used one of our newer FREE cut files - Beautiful Ovals.

All of the Paper Issues challenges are an easy way to get inspired.
Sometimes you need a little push.
I hope you are having fun playing along.  If you haven't started yet, go to the Paper Issues Friends and Fans page for September and see all the different challenges and in the comments you will see how people are playing along.  Its really fun.

Head on over to the Paper Issues store and download a few or even all of the FREE cut files.
While you are there, grab what you need for 20% off with code: Mary-Ann.
